Dr. Deep Kumar
Assistant Professor at St. Xavier’s College of Education (Autonomous), Patna, Dr. Deep Kumar brings together academic excellence and a passion for meaningful learning. With degrees in Education and Political Science, he is NET qualified and holds a Ph.D. in Education.
His areas of expertise include inclusive education, pedagogy, ICT, and creative teaching practices. Dr. Kumar has published over 28 research papers in prestigious journals and mentored more than 15 post-graduate dissertations. He emphasizes learning through real-life examples, values-based teaching, and integrating policy into practice. He also contributed a pivotal chapter on India’s National Education Policy 2020.
Dr. Madhu Singh
Professor and Head of the M.Ed. Department at St. Xavier’s College of Education (Autonomous), Patna, Dr. Madhu Singh is a pioneer in inclusive and innovative education.
With academic roots in Zoology, Psychology, and Education, her interdisciplinary background fuels her research and pedagogy. A specialist in Educational Psychology and Biological Science Education, she has guided six Ph.D. theses and is currently supervising eight. Dr. Singh advocates for compassionate, inclusive classrooms where every child is valued, supported, and given the tools to thrive.
